Delivery Terms

Please read these terms prior to bidding or clicking buy it now!

You must inspect your parcels prior to signing for it; this is your legal responsibility. If you have suspicion that the parcel has been damaged, tampered in anyway, you must inform the driver and ask him/her to make a note on their paperwork. If the parcel is clearly damaged i.e. the packaging is defaced or off, please make sure to either refuse the parcel. Please contact us immediately and we will assist you at that stage. If you sign for the goods that are damaged we the (supplier) will not be legally responsible for the parcel at that stage and all liability will be passed onto the (consumer) this does not affect your statutory rights.

Return of goods

The company accepts returns within your legal time (consumer information)

Returns will be accepted if you choose not keep the goods (time limit applies) however the goods must be satisfactory condition and with its original packaging, please note that the consumer must pay for the return of goods.

Aerodynamic Fitting FAQ`S

Installations:

It is recommended that a professional garage that specifically specialises in installation of aftermarket body panels only installs your new parts. All parts should be test fitted prior to application of any solvents or water based liquids. (Please note that it is not recommended that GRP or FRP parts are baked in the oven)

If you feel that there is an issue in any circumstances we are always at the end of a phone, so a simple phone call or oven an email could easily resolve any situation. Please note we also paint and fit at our Leicester based outfit.

FAQ`S

1.       Do the new parts come pre-drilled?

Not all parts will come pre-drilled from the manufacturer for a number of various reasons; however a fully professional Body shop should be able to cater for this. All new parts can be custom fitted to your vehicle, as not all vehicles are 100% the same.

2.       Do the new parts come primed or prepped?

Not all parts will come from the manufacturer prepared to be painted or primed. (Unless stated in the advert)

3.       Will the Body Shop need to modify my car?

This will depend on the parts and the car it is being installed on to; as some parts may need finishing getting a true finish to the vehicles they are being installed on. Once again with a professional body shop carrying out the job this will not be an issue.
